
My Story
My entire family essentially fell in love with Scentsy products back in 2012.
At first we didn't think the cheaper waxes from big box stores could be much different, but boy were we ever wrong. Then, my husband got involved and not only has his favorite scents, but fell in love with the Scentsy Buddy Collection and is now an avid collector. This was supposed to be a "side gig"; to support our Scentsy habit, however that all changed in Oct. 2017 when I was taken out of work and had over 7 back surgeries in four years which caused me to be taken out of a career that I loved with all my heart. Our love of Scentsy at that time turned into a need for Scentsy instead of a want. Now, every order you place or person you refer helps a teacher that was the "bread winner"; of her family and has been out of work on medical leave for three years now that still needs to provide for her family and pay for health insurance, increasing medical expenses not only for her but also for her husband that discovered in late 2018 that he has a genetic blood disorder that we will be fighting for the rest of his life, upkeep of her home and try to pay for assistance for someone to help in her home with housekeeping she can no longer perform; helps a grandmother of eight that wants desperately to put a smile on her grand children's faces any chance she gets, a wife that helps her husband care for his aging mother with dementia, and a daughter that is insistent upon doing everything she can possibly do to help her own aging mother that has been her rock throughout her medical issues. It sounds like a lot; IT IS. Trust me though, even the smallest amount of support; such as spreading this information with others, booking a catalog, home, or work shopping experience, hosting an open house, or placing an order NEVER goes unnoticed. Your thoughts and prayers never go unnoticed either. They are ALL DEEPLY appreciated.
